Boston has 321 housing projects under way, 44,331 homes in all: 41 proposed, 202 approved, 78 under construction. The largest are Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment (2,699 homes), Suffolk Downs Phase 4 (2,000 homes), Suffolk Downs Phase 3 (1,950 homes). 90 more have been finished since 2020.
