Somerville has 52 housing projects under way, 6,489 homes in all: 37 proposed, 10 under construction, 5 stalled. The largest are Assembly Square - 2nd Urban Renewal District (750 homes), Boynton Yards Building 6 (450 homes), 111 South St - Boynton Yards Phase 2 (425 homes). 40 more have been finished since 2020.
