Mixed-use development on a 295,000 square foot MBTA-owned surface parking lot at the North Quincy Red Line station. The development would include over 600,000 square feet of residential space totaling 610 units, in addition to retail space. Existing parking, totaling 852 spaces, would be replaced with a new 1,314-space garage, and 50k sf retail.
