The Proposed Project consists of a new six-story, mixed-use residential building containing approximately 83,223 gross square feet, 121 residential rental units, and approximately 4,729 square feet of ground floor retail and commercial space, together with widened sidewalks, open space, and related site and building amenities. The 109 residential units are proposed to be a diverse mix of types including: 18-two-bedroom, 28-one-bedroom and 75-studio units. The first floor will provide amenity space for residents to utilize in accordance with Planning Department policy, and a 3,279 square foot rooftop deck for residents. No basement space will be provided.
