The Project proposes the construction of an approximately 40-story mixed-use building of approximately 560,000 SF of Gross Floor Area (GFA) and approximately 447 feet in height. The development program consists of approximately 300 hotel rooms, approximately 420 residential units, approximately 30,000 SF of retail, restaurant and amenity space. The Project will also include a rooftop mechanical penthouse and approximately 150 parking spaces across two levels of below-grade parking.
