The Proponent proposes to redevelop the 14,542 square-foot Project Site, which is currently occupied by a two-story brick industrial building and accessory surface parking, into a new nine-story mixed-use building consisting of seventy rental apartment units, with approximately 1,970 square feet of ground-level commercial space serving the local community, all totaling approximately 73,500 square feet of total gross floor area. The new building will have at least seventy resident bicycle parking spaces within the building and at least fourteen visitor bicycle spaces within the public realm, all in conformance with City guidelines, including the requirements of PLAN: South Boston Dorchester Avenue.
