The Project proposes the demolition and removal of the radio tower, demolition of the existing office building onsite, removal of acres of asphalt parking lot, and construction of an approximately 333-unit residential building consisting of an assemblage of various height elements and 175 below-grade parking spaces for residents. The unit mix is anticipated to be approximately 111 studio units, 164 1-bedroom units, 51 2-bedroom units, and seven 3-bedroom units. The Project program is included in Table 1-1 of the PNF. Figure 1-8 provides the proposed site plan.
