The Mildred C. Hailey project is approved under the 121A Master Plan and is located at the southeast portion of the existing Mildred C. Hailey Apartments housing development. Buildings 1A and 1B are proposed to be six-stories tall (approximately 80 foot tall) and will consist of approximately 223 residential units. The project will also include 6,800 sqft of community space to house the Ana Mae Cole Community Center.
