The 35-43 Braintree Street Project contemplates a new seven (7) story residential building of approximately 97,287 gross floor area, with 149 rental units, on-site amenity space, garaged parking for vehicles and bicycle storage, enhanced sidewalk and pedestrian connectivity, vehicular access improvements, and related site improvements. The Project will seek to comply with the City of Boston’s Mayor’s Housing Innovation Lab Compact Living Pilot Policy issued on October 11, 2018 (the “Compact Living Policy”). Further study and discussion as part of the Project’s Article 80 Large Project Review will determine and confirm final Compact Living Policy conformance and achievement.
