A below-grade garage with 85 parking spaces will serve both the existing building at 75 St. Alphonsus Street and the new development. The project will provide significant new landscaping, outdoor tenant amenity space, and upgraded pedestrian passageways to connect St. Alphonsus Street to Worthington Street and Smith Street.
